Terms of Use
Last updated: March 31, 2026
By using Stream Chess Battle (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
YouTube API Services and Google
By using the API Client, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (YouTube Terms of Service). The app also uses YouTube API Services in accordance with Google’s YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
What this is
The app is a free, client-side tool for running stream-style chess games in the browser. It is hosted on Vercel. It is not gambling advice, not financial advice, and not a substitute for official tournament rules or platform-specific streaming policies.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free behaviour, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data stored only in your browser, or issues arising from third-party services (Google/YouTube, Twitch, Chess.com, Vercel, etc.).
Third-party services
Your use of Twitch, YouTube, Google APIs, Chess.com, and other linked services is governed by their respective terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with those services and with applicable laws when you stream or moderate chat.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app in any way that violates the law, harasses others, or attempts to disrupt or misuse APIs or platforms.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
